Administrator 2 – Reconciliation (GRS)

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Administrator 2 to support cash and position reconciliations for its Global Reconciliation Services (GRS) team. The role involves verifying data between internal systems and external custodians, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate cash flow processing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations between internal (IBOR, OMS) and external data sets.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies on IBOR, ABOR and OMS within defined SLAs.
• Process cash flows onto IBOR and OMS platforms accurately and timely.
• Monitor portfolio cash levels and flag overdrawn accounts.
• Prepare, review and analyse reconciliation reports for the team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of reconciliation procedures and stakeholder contacts.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in global capital markets, preferably in portfolio reconciliation or middle‑office investment services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related finance discipline; professional certifications a plus.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with moderate supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Aladdin, TLM, CRD and/or CRIMS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office suite.
