Manager – Cyber Security Governance & Risk Compliance

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead cyber security governance, strategy and risk compliance initiatives for its clients in Mumbai. You will work within the Advisory practice to assess cyber security postures, design robust frameworks and guide organisations through regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform gap assessments of clients' cyber security landscape and recommend remediation road‑maps.
• Design, develop, implement and maintain security frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800‑53 and PCI‑DSS.
• Develop and document information security and privacy policies aligned with RBI guidelines and BFSI sector requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments covering cyber security, business continuity and privacy.
• Provide independent third‑party assessments and actionable recommendations to strengthen client security posture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cyber security risk assessment and governance.
• Familiarity with Indian banking regulations (RBI) and international standards (ISO, NIST, PCI‑DSS).
• Ability to develop cyber strategies, perform gap analyses and produce detailed road‑maps.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
