About the role
Tata Communications is seeking a Manager for its Customer Interaction Suite to design, deliver, and oversee technical solutions that meet business needs. This operational role blends architectural thinking with hands‑on project management to ensure high‑quality, scalable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and create end‑to‑end technical designs, specifications, and documentation.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, coordinating engineering, QA, DevOps, and external vendors.
- Manage project initiation, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and execution using standard templates.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, oversee sprint execution, and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑launch activities.
- Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of relevant project management experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Java, JavaScript, APIs, and Python.
- Experience with CPaaS and SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Hexatron, Salesforce, and other project management software.
- Good knowledge of solution design, reporting, proposal writing, and budget planning.
