Manager – CQC (Complaints)

About the role

Sun Pharma is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead its Complaints Quality Control (CQC) function. The role is based in Vadodara and focuses on overseeing product quality complaint investigations for drug products destined for the US market.

Key responsibilities

• Review Product Quality Complaint Investigation Reports for drug products.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the complaint handling process.
• Monitor progress of Filed Alert Reports (FAR), recalls and closure of product quality complaints.
• Log Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the TrackWise database.
• Acknowledge complaints to complainants and prepare response letters.
• Reconcile received product quality complaints.
• Provide corporate quality insights when applicable.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or M.Sc. in Life Sciences.
• 13–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing site serving the US market.
• Demonstrated experience in site QA; corporate quality exposure is a plus.
• Low travel requirement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TrackWise complaint management system.
