We are looking for a dynamic Management Trainee – CA Freshers to join Torrent Power in Ahmedabad. This full‑time, on‑site programme is designed for recent Chartered Accountant graduates who want to launch their careers in finance and management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Rotate through different finance and management functions to gain broad exposure.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
• 0‑1 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
