Management Faculty – Finance (Teaching Position)

About the role

The International School of Management Excellence (ISME) in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Management Faculty member specializing in Finance to join its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The role involves teaching, curriculum development, and research within a dynamic B‑School environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching for UG (BBA & B.Com) and PG management programmes.
• Develop course content, teaching materials and innovative learning approaches.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development, academic administration and student mentoring.
• Undertake research activities and contribute to research publications.
• Participate in institutional and academic initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA / Master's degree in Finance, Accounts or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in academics and/or the corporate sector.
• Prior corporate Finance/Accounts experience preferred.
• Ph.D. in Finance, Management or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Research publications in reputed journals/conferences are desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge with ability to teach Finance & Accounting at UG and PG levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
