Management Consultant (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to work remotely on a contract basis. You will provide expert insights on consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation to support AI model training and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on management consulting practices, strategic analysis, and business transformation.
• Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies for accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver high‑quality written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate remotely with the client’s team to support AI model training and evaluation from a consulting perspective.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a management consultant, preferably with a top‑tier consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with cross‑functional teams in remote settings.
• Experience developing or reviewing case studies, business frameworks, and client‑ready deliverables.

What we offer

• Hourly compensation ranging from $155 to $350.
• Contract position with flexible commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
• Fully remote work environment.
