Maker Trainer for Zero2Maker Labs in Schools

About the role

EnCube Labs is rolling out Zero2Maker Labs in schools and colleges throughout India, building on a decade of research from MIT and the Asia School of Business. The company is looking for Maker Trainers who will travel to institutions, set up the labs and coach local mentors to deliver hands‑on innovation programs for large groups of students. Successful candidates will help nurture the next generation of makers, entrepreneurs and problem‑solvers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up Zero2Maker Labs in schools and colleges, ensuring equipment and workspace are ready for use.
• Deliver training sessions for local mentors, covering both technical tools and pedagogical approaches.
• Provide ongoing support and follow‑up to ensure the program runs smoothly for hundreds of students.

Required profile

• Fab Academy graduates or experienced maker experts with a strong interest in teaching.
• Willingness to travel across different regions of India and work directly with schools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
