Maintenance Technician

About the role

California Burrito is seeking an energetic Maintenance Technician to travel across its stores and ensure the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical equipment. You will work autonomously, handling repairs, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure installations while supporting the brand’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic inspections of electrical systems, connections, and control panels across multiple store locations.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized repair and maintenance work.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimise breakdowns.
• Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Oversee installation of infrastructure for machines and equipment as required.
• Ensure timely repair or replacement of damaged equipment.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and handle challenges.
• Willingness to travel frequently between stores.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hands‑on experience with tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time‑management and organisational abilities.
