Maintenance Program Engineer – Bangalore

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Maintenance Program Engineer to join its Bengaluru team. You will work on delivering and optimizing scheduled maintenance services for Airbus aircraft, ensuring airworthiness and supporting customer operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver scheduled maintenance programs (MSG‑3, MRBR, ALS, MPD) for airline customers.
• Optimize aircraft maintenance tasks across all ATAs while complying with safety and economic requirements.
• Coordinate with customers to handle deviations, task escalations and contractual service agreements.
• Support retrofit solutions and parking & storage services as part of the broader maintenance portfolio.
• Collaborate with GSE and tools engineering teams to ensure integrated support for aircraft maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in airline or MRO environments, preferably in maintenance or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part‑M and Part‑145 regulations.
• Ability to interact directly with customers and manage service contracts.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost reduction and operational availability.
