About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mason/Formwork Worker (H/F) to join Duhalde’s construction team in Ustaritz. The position is a permanent, full‑time role (39 hours/week) focused on large‑scale building works. The role involves collaborating with site supervisors and other trades to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out traditional masonry work on various structures.
• Set up and dismantle diverse formwork systems.
• Place reinforcement bars according to project specifications.
• Perform concrete pouring and finishing for structural elements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with or without prior experience; training will be provided internally.
• Physical stamina and ability to work on construction sites.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Ustaritz.
• Ability to read simple construction drawings is a plus.
