Machine Operator

About the role

The Machine Operator position is a full‑time, on‑site role at our Bengaluru East facility. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring production machinery while adhering to safety standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Prepare materials, perform routine equipment checks, and identify basic mechanical issues.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure product quality.
• Record production data accurately and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience operating production machinery.
• Knowledge of basic quality‑control practices and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery, hand tools, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating shift plans and safety guidelines.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Understanding of workplace safety protocols and willingness to use PPE.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle material movement, and perform manual tasks safely.
• Minimum high‑school or ITI qualification in a relevant trade is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts and learn new processes.
