Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for running and monitoring machinery to meet daily output targets while ensuring product quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to approved SOPs.
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Record production data and machine performance accurately.
• Identify and report equipment abnormalities and coordinate with the Maintenance team.
• Help achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter or an equivalent trade.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and SOP compliance.
