M365 Copilot GPT Builder & Copilot Studio Consultant

About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies as a specialist who designs, builds, and deploys custom AI Copilots for Microsoft 365 environments. You will work with cutting‑edge generative AI tools to create conversational agents that enhance productivity across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Copilot GPTs and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Configure conversational workflows, prompts, actions and generative AI capabilities.
• Integrate Copilots with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
• Build Power Automate flows to support Copilot actions and automate business processes.
• Connect enterprise systems via APIs, connectors and Dataverse.
• Manage knowledge sources including SharePoint sites, documents and external websites.
• Design user experiences, escalation paths, fallback mechanisms and Human‑in‑the‑Loop approval processes.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production support.
• Monitor usage analytics and continuously improve Copilot performance and accuracy.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to governance standards.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience with Microsoft technologies and AI solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
• Proven track record building enterprise chatbots or conversational AI solutions.
• Experience integrating business applications through APIs and the Power Platform.
• Relevant certifications such as PL‑900, PL‑400, PL‑600 or AI‑102 are a plus.
