Luxury Hotel Butler

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Luxury Hotel Butler to join the Raffles Udaipur team in India. The Butler will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering personalized, high-touch service from pre-arrival through departure and ensuring unforgettable experiences in our 137-room resort.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customized check-in procedures, suite orientation and welcome beverage service.
• Prepare and maintain guest suites, including unpacking, packing, laundry coordination, shoe-shine and in-suite dining support.
• Anticipate guest preferences, provide personalized itinerary and dining recommendations, and orchestrate special celebrations.
• Manage daily amenity delivery, respond promptly to guest calls and emails, and coordinate seamless departure arrangements.
• Resolve guest feedback and concerns, escalating to the Head Butler when required.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, in-suite dining and front-office teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Promote hotel facilities, restaurants and wellness services while safeguarding guest confidentiality and security.
• Adhere to safety, health and property-specific Standard Operating Procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hotel Management or a related hospitality field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in butler service, luxury hospitality or high-end guest services.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a genuine passion for creating emotional luxury experiences.
