Loss Prevention Manager / Security Manager – Luxury Wildlife Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to lead loss prevention and overall safety at a luxury wildlife resort near Nagpur, Maharashtra. The role combines hands‑on patrolling with strategic oversight of security operations in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence.
• Monitor and authorize entry of vehicles and guests, ensuring only authorized persons access the property.
• Remove trespassers or wrongdoers and secure all exits, doors and windows after operations.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to detect disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Investigate suspicious activities or possessions and provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit daily surveillance reports and document important occurrences.
• Respond to alarms, investigate incidents and assess the situation promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in security or loss‑prevention, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Ex‑serviceman background is highly preferred.
• Prior experience working in a wildlife or resort property.
