Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and assets through proactive security measures, emergency response, and incident management. This full‑time position works on‑site at the Mumbai location, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and control access to restricted zones.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorise and document entry to secured areas.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Gather information, complete incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Assist management with training, coaching, and promoting a fair‑treatment policy.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold all company policies.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift up to 50 lb unassisted (75 lb with assistance).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact courteously with guests and staff.
• Attention to detail for safety inspections and incident documentation.
• Capability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
