Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, conducting safety inspections, and responding to emergencies. This full‑time position requires a proactive approach to risk management and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and control access to restricted zones.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, authorising and documenting entry to secured areas.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily hazard inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Gather information, complete incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, enforce alcoholic beverage control laws, and escort unwelcome persons from the premises.
• Support management in training, motivating, and coaching staff while upholding company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to patrol the property and respond quickly to safety incidents.
• Capability to conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, and investigations.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 lb unaided (75 lb with assistance).
• Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with guests and staff.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
