Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the Marriott Marquis in New Delhi. You will patrol the property, monitor security systems, and respond swiftly to emergencies while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to restricted zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Gather information, complete incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, run, and respond quickly to incidents throughout a shift.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and clear, courteous communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
