Logistics Manager

About the role

Vecmocon is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead both domestic and international logistics operations for its electric‑vehicle component business. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end movement of materials, components, finished goods and equipment, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound domestic transportation, working with transporters, couriers and logistics service providers.
• Manage international shipments (air, sea, courier), liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines and overseas partners.
• Prepare and verify all import/export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill and Bill of Entry.
• Coordinate customs clearance, ensure compliance with regulations and resolve any clearance delays.
• Monitor shipment schedules, proof of delivery, transportation costs and resolve any delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Stores, Production, Finance and Sales to align logistics with demand plans.
• Negotiate freight rates, evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain logistics SOPs, keep accurate records and verify logistics invoices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing domestic transportation and international logistics, including import/export processes.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, freight forwarding and logistics documentation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Track record of optimizing logistics costs and improving operational efficiency.
