Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Logistics Manager to lead our B2B logistics division. The role covers marketplace, D2C, modern trade and general trade channels, overseeing procurement, warehousing, inventory, order fulfilment and last‑mile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end logistics for B2B and D2C, with a primary focus on marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).
• Manage marketplace warehouse models (FBA, seller‑fulfilled, dark‑store) to meet platform SLAs.
• Define and monitor order‑to‑delivery TATs, dispatch accuracy and delivery windows per platform and region.
• Lead last‑mile fulfilment across all channels, ensuring >98% fulfilment rate and high OTIF performance.
• Evaluate, onboard and operationalise new 3PL warehouses and transport partners, negotiate rate cards and SLAs.
• Design lane‑wise routing, load planning and milk‑run schedules; optimise freight costs through FTL/PTL consolidation.
• Mentor a logistics team of 7‑8 members, drive cost‑to‑serve reduction and champion process automation.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in B2B, FMCG, food or e‑commerce environments.
• Proven track record of managing 3PL partners and marketplace warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs, CAPAs and audit readiness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with B2B and D2C logistics processes.
• Knowledge of 3PL management, freight consolidation and route optimisation.
• Familiarity with marketplace fulfillment models (FBA, seller‑fulfilled, dark‑store).
• Ability to develop SOPs, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
