About the role
The Logistics / Inventory Coordinator II supports day‑to‑day logistics operations, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving and inventory management. CAE is a global leader in simulation and training, dedicated to making the world a safer place.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates and executes day‑to‑day logistics duties and operations.
- Manages shipping, receiving and handling of parts and consumables.
- Analyzes and manages spare parts stock and availability, coordinating repairs.
- Performs inventory checks, transaction verification and provides variance reports.
- Ensures adherence to established procedures (FSTD Tech Ops manual).
- Researches and identifies new vendors, OEMs, repair service providers and contractors.
- Handles purchasing requisitions for parts and materials.
