Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will support transportation operations, fleet monitoring, and coordination with transporters and 3PL partners to ensure seamless delivery and optimal use of resources across India.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and validate trip sheets, PODs, delivery records and other transport documents.
• Maintain accurate transport data, trip records and ERP entries.
• Monitor fleet movement via GPS, reporting delays or route deviations.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers and 3PL partners for timely vehicle placement and deliveries.
• Track fleet utilisation and ensure optimal deployment of vehicles.
• Verify and reconcile driver expenses including fuel, tolls, advances and trip settlements.
• Ensure timely submission and settlement of driver and transporter accounts.
• Maintain logistics records and prepare operational MIS reports.
• Support dispatch planning, vehicle tracking and customer service requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations or 3PL coordination.
• Strong computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking, fleet management and transport management systems.
• Understanding of fleet operations involving trailers, XL vehicles and LMVs.
• Familiarity with 3PL operations, transporter management and vehicle deployment.
• Good analytical, reporting and coordination abilities.
• Local candidates from Udaipur preferred; open to travel.
