Logistics Analyst

About the role

The Logistics Analyst will coordinate key workload activities to ensure material availability across the supply chain. You will work closely with suppliers, purchasing, warehouse and transportation teams to keep shipments on schedule and resolve any discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Track orders, expedite shipments and manage stock issues.
• Resolve record discrepancies and make sourcing change decisions.
• Provide training and support to Material Availability Analysts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance standards and monitor on‑time delivery.
• Engage with Global Purchasing when supplier capacity or capability gaps are identified.
• Lead action plans for process improvements with Purchasing, Warehouse and Transportation partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Experience in business‑unit logistic planning, demand planning and logistics execution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers at all levels.
• Commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
