Logistics Analyst I

About the role

The Logistics Analyst I will support Kraft Heinz’s supply chain operations in Ahmedabad, driving excellence across warehouse, inventory and transport processes. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, requiring a continuous‑improvement mindset and strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage system integration between SAP ECC/EWM and external WMS, troubleshooting queues and ensuring data integrity.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation, including stock counts, annual audits and physical‑vs‑system variance analysis.
• Resolve blocked stock issues by performing root‑cause analysis and coordinating with stakeholders to release inventory.
• Oversee stock transport activities such as warehouse‑to‑warehouse reallocations, plant transfers, sample order processing and special sales.
• Execute pallet destruction processes, using appropriate T‑Codes for stock clearance and system write‑offs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in logistics operations, particularly warehousing and invoice processing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and SAP EWM; familiarity with ARIBA and OTM is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with supply‑chain stakeholders, transporters and internal teams.
