About the role
We are looking for a Location Manager to join That 1 Painter and ensure the delivery of high-quality painting projects. The role involves coordinating daily site activities, managing resources, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee painting operations at assigned locations, ensuring work meets quality standards and timelines.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and personnel to optimize site productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, equipment usage, and site conditions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to address site-specific concerns.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of hands-on painting experience (preferred).
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between sites.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to wear the company’s painter’s whites while on site.
