About the role
We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our legal team in Bangalore. The role focuses on handling real‑estate litigation matters, representing the company in courts and tribunals, and ensuring effective case management.
Key responsibilities
- Attend courts regularly in Bangalore and manage the lifecycle of litigation cases.
- Track and monitor case status across various courts, quasi‑judicial authorities, tribunals and RERA.
- Draft and file complaints, plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits and other pleadings independently.
- Liaise with external counsel when required and prepare case reports and MIS.
Required profile
- Law graduate (LLB) with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on litigation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle real‑estate disputes and appear personally in court.
- Strong understanding of procedural law and court processes in Bangalore.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
