LinkedIn Recruiting Specialist

About the role

Creo Homes is seeking an experienced LinkedIn Recruiting Specialist to lead talent acquisition across multiple functions. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and converting both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks using advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Identify and headhunt passive talent, send personalized messages, and manage candidate conversations.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Build and maintain a continuously updated talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow candidates through offer and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, tracking sourcing, interviews, offers, and joining.
• Research competitor organizations and develop sourcing strategies to improve quality of hire and reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Recruit for roles in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently and meet target‑driven goals.
• Experience in architecture, construction, interior design, or real‑estate recruitment is a strong advantage.
