Line Producer (Social Media Content)

About the role

We create perfume‑inspired social media content that captures attention and keeps audiences engaged. As a Line Producer at MYOP, you will own the end‑to‑end production process for a steady stream of video shoots across India, ensuring each project stays on budget and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly production calendar from brief to final delivery.
• Build, track and reconcile a monthly shoot budget of approximately ₹3 Lakh.
• Schedule shoot days, prepare call sheets and coordinate logistics – crew, talent, gear, locations.
• Source, negotiate and manage a network of freelancers (DPs, editors, makeup artists, stylists).
• Negotiate vendor rates, equipment rentals and location fees to optimise costs.
• Arrange travel and on‑site logistics for out‑station shoots across the country.
• Act as the liaison between the creative/brand team and production crew, translating ideas into feasible plans.
• Oversee post‑production hand‑off, brief editors, monitor delivery timelines and ensure correct output formats (Reels, Shorts, static assets).
• Resolve day‑of issues such as cancellations, no‑shows or equipment failures quickly and calmly.
• Maintain accurate shoot logs, expense reports and vendor records each month.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, vendor calls and tight timelines.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, able to stay calm under pressure.
• Proactive planner who can anticipate needs and act without supervision.
