Line Planning & Lessons Learned Coordinator

About the role

The Line Planning & Lessons Learned Coordinator will drive line readiness and continuous improvement across Bosch's International Production Network. Acting as the single point of contact between the manufacturing plant and cross‑functional project teams, the role ensures smooth transition of new lines to SOP.

Key responsibilities

• Organise reviews and coordinate with lead plant, production plant and suppliers for MAE/Line planning.
• Monitor line‑specific KPIs, implement corrective measures and lead continuous‑improvement projects.
• Handle full production line readiness, from layout approval to SOP release according to project targets.
• Participate in machine acceptance events and coordinate related departmental tasks.
• Optimize production line layouts for efficiency and safety.
• Facilitate MAE specification, supplier coordination, quoting, ordering, DAP, build, pre‑acceptance and final acceptance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in line planning and production readiness within an automotive electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and act as a liaison between plant and project stakeholders.
• Experience driving continuous‑improvement initiatives and KPI‑based performance monitoring.
