Liaisoning Executive – Project & Regulatory Coordination

About the role

The Liaisoning Executive will support the execution of solar, infrastructure and industrial projects by managing all regulatory and government approval processes. Working closely with internal teams and external authorities, the role ensures projects move forward smoothly and comply with state and central regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and track government approvals, permits, clearances and statutory authorisations for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, local bodies, and other regulatory agencies to resolve issues and maintain compliance.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable state and central regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and authorities to accelerate execution timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all approvals and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in liaisoning for solar, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and approval processes in India.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Technical background is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
