Project Architect

About the role

The Project Architect will lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring design quality and technical excellence from concept through delivery. Based in Palava/Upper Thane, the role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, and acting as the primary technical liaison between clients, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and approve detailed construction documents, drawings and specifications that meet design intent and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on schedule and within cost.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all technical issues, providing solutions, clarifications and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate design and execution phases, ensuring seamless hand‑over from design development to construction and that all stakeholders are aligned.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design standards and to address any on‑site challenges promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in architectural design, construction documentation and project management.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, consultants and construction teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
