Legal Specialist – Litigation (5-6 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist with strong core litigation experience to join a leading organization in Mumbai. The role involves managing a wide range of litigation matters, providing legal advice, and supporting contract activities within a large corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle litigation, lawsuits, disputes and regulatory matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external law firms for effective case management.
• Maintain litigation records, reports and case updates.
• Provide legal opinions on trademark, product packaging, trade dress and social media issues.
• Support contract drafting, review and management.
• Stay updated with applicable laws, regulations and case law.

Required profile

• LLB/LLM from a reputed institution.
• 5–6 years of core litigation experience in a large corporate setup.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
