Legal Executive – Junior Legal Support (0-1 yr Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Legal Support Staff to join our legal team in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on exposure to cross‑border employment law, corporate governance, insurance policies, and cybersecurity regulations, ideal for recent law graduates or paralegal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports related to cybersecurity services and vendor agreements.
• Support research on cross‑border employment laws, D&O insurance, and regulatory requirements in Singapore, India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the US.
• Maintain legal databases, track contract renewals, and organize records for audits and governance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding, termination processes, and policy updates to ensure compliance.
• Prepare summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders on legal risks, liability coverage, and operational scaling initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and liaising with external counsel.
• Maintain legal records for all entities.

Required profile

• Law graduate or paralegal professional with 0‑1 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR and external counsel.
