Legal Associate – Litigation & Arbitration

About the role

The firm is seeking a full‑time Legal Associate to join its Jammu office. The Associate will support senior attorneys on high‑profile litigation and arbitration matters across sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, banking and more.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, agreements, opinions and other legal documents.
• Assist with due‑diligence, case preparation and documentation for litigation and arbitration.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and provide timely case updates.
• Represent clients under supervision in court and tribunal proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on high‑stakes matters.

Required profile

• Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Experience in litigation, arbitration and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Preference given to candidates residing in Jammu City.
