Legal Associate

About the role

Jupiter is seeking a proactive Legal Associate to support its Legal and Compliance function. Working directly with the Head of Legal and Compliance, you will be involved in contract management, regulatory tracking, and secretarial duties across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and close commercial contracts using standard templates, including vendor agreements, NDAs, SaaS and technology agreements, alliance and affiliate agreements, DSA agreements, addenda and statements of work.
• Escalate non‑standard contractual positions to senior legal counsel.
• Handle high‑volume, low‑complexity documentation with fast turnaround, such as payout addenda, renewals and campaign documentation.
• Maintain and update the contract repository, trackers and related documentation.
• Provide regulatory tracking and secretarial support to the group’s Company Secretaries and external counsel.
• Collaborate with product, business, alliances, finance, risk and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience supporting legal and compliance functions in a fast‑growing environment.
• Ability to work directly with senior legal leadership and interface with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of contractual documents.
