Legal Advisor – Residential Real Estate (3‑6 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor with 3–6 years of experience in residential real‑estate projects. The role involves managing post‑legal documentation, due‑diligence, RERA compliance, and providing legal support for land acquisition and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Track completion of legal requirements and statutory compliances, ensuring observations are closed on time.
• Draft, review, and vet Sale Agreements, Construction Agreements, Lease Agreements, MoUs, and Vendor Contracts.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, local land laws, municipal approvals, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle legal notices, customer disputes, litigation matters, and related correspondence.
• Support land acquisition activities by verifying ownership documents, approvals, and encumbrance records.
• Provide legal advice and risk assessments for residential projects and transactions.
• Maintain systematic legal records, agreements, and case documentation.
• Assist internal teams (Sales, CRM, Projects, Procurement) on legal matters.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in residential real‑estate legal work.
• LLB or LLM from a recognized university; Bar Council enrollment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate laws, RERA regulations, and property documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate litigation and manage compliance activities.
