Learning & Development Trainer – Chennai

About the role

The Learning & Development Trainer will join the L&D team in Chennai, supporting 3P hubs and dark stores across the east region. You will design, deliver and monitor training programmes to close knowledge gaps and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify knowledge gaps and propose training interventions aligned with business goals.
• Track performance of mapped hubs and dark stores, scheduling proactive training sessions.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and analyse results for assigned sites.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end for the sites.
• Deliver learning sessions on new processes and BQM through instructor‑led or digital platforms.
• Maintain data and generate Excel reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure timely completion of digital new‑hire training, coaching and performance‑improvement programmes.
• Partner with operations leaders to conduct site health checks and address gaps immediately.
• Identify, certify and develop learning coaches.
• Lead individual improvement projects to enhance overall business performance.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
