Learning & Development Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop and deliver training programs for a global information services leader. This remote contract role focuses on upskilling a distributed workforce and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend learning solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
