Learning & Development Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance. This remote contract position collaborates with cross‑functional teams to identify learning needs and implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles (preferred).
