Learning & Development Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are hiring for a client to serve as a Learning & Development Specialist on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.
• Experience with instructional design principles (preferred).
