Learning & Development Manager – Behavioral Training (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager specialized in behavioural training to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that boost behavioural skills across our retail stores and corporate teams. The role will translate business needs into engaging training programs, coaching interventions, and capability‑building strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver behavioural training programs for store managers, stylists, and corporate staff using workshops, role‑plays, simulations, and e‑learning.
• Support organisational development initiatives such as succession planning, leadership pipelines, and career progression frameworks.
• Identify skill gaps through diagnostics, surveys, and performance data; partner with business heads to address them.
• Mentor and coach employees, implement feedback loops, and track performance improvements.
• Maintain a training calendar and reporting dashboard to monitor completion rates, ROI, and impact on CX and business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, behavioural training, or organisational development, preferably in retail or customer‑centric environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
