Learning & Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Learning & Development Executive to drive our organization’s learning initiatives. You will identify training needs, design engaging programs, and enhance employee capabilities through effective delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning materials, presentations, manuals, assessments, and job aids on the LMS.
• Create instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning programs tailored to departmental requirements.
• Facilitate induction, soft‑skill, behavioral, compliance, and professional development sessions using adult‑learning principles.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and external trainers to deliver specialized programs.
• Manage training calendars, end‑to‑end execution, and post‑training evaluation.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and support leadership development initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and analytics; produce reports and dashboards.
• Maintain training records, ensure compliance, and support LMS administration.

Required profile

• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience conducting Training Need Analyses.
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
• MBA or equivalent in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field.
