Learning & Development Associate

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B travel‑tech startup looking for a Learning & Development Associate to design, deliver and continuously improve our onboarding and sales enablement programmes. You will work closely with the founders and cross‑functional teams to build high‑impact training content that supports our agents and internal sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and regularly update training materials for onboarding, process training and sales enablement, including presentations, SOPs, playbooks and assessments.
• Plan and facilitate role‑based training sessions using interactive activities, case studies and role‑plays.
• Partner with sales teams to identify performance gaps, create mock‑call exercises, provide feedback and run refresher trainings.
• Coordinate training schedules, maintain trackers and ensure all resources are organized and accessible.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback surveys and continuously refine content and delivery methods.

Required profile

• Strong desire to work in a learning and development or training function.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail in content creation and process documentation.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes and concepts.
• Patience for repetitive tasks such as content updates and training coordination.
