Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join the pre‑opening team of a new luxury resort in Jaipur. You will shape the learning culture, drive service excellence, and develop talent across all levels, ensuring colleagues deliver the brand’s high‑end hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement resort‑wide learning strategies aligned with operational goals and brand standards.
• Lead pre‑opening training programmes, culture orientation, and leadership development initiatives.
• Develop and certify departmental trainers and oversee succession planning.
• Conduct training needs analyses, create facilitation plans, and monitor performance improvement.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to embed a continuous learning mindset.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Training, Hospitality Management, Education or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in luxury hotels/resorts, including 3–5 years in a dedicated L&D or training leadership role.
• Hands‑on pre‑opening experience in a high‑volume luxury resort environment.
• Proven track record of driving service culture, colleague engagement, and talent development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management abilities.
