Lead/Manager AI Engineering (GenAI & Agentic AI)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Lead or Manager to drive delivery of enterprise‑grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for our clients. The role combines technical leadership, client interaction and end‑to‑end system design, from data pipelines to production‑ready AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into testable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions with clear success criteria and risk boundaries.
• Run feasibility assessments to select prompting, RAG, fine‑tuning or classical ML approaches.
• Design and iterate prompting strategies, versioning, and evaluation harnesses.
• Define evaluation plans, fairness and bias considerations, and acceptance thresholds for release.
• Own experimentation, model improvement, and failure analysis (hallucinations, retrieval misses, formatting errors).
• Deliver engineering‑ready handoffs including prompt packages, RAG configurations, tool schemas, datasets and go/no‑go gates.
• Architect scalable, secure Agentic AI solutions following MLOps and LLMOps best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of AI/ML experience with at least 2‑3 years focused on Generative AI solutions.
• Proven delivery of client‑facing AI projects and strong stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of LLM evaluation design, metric definition and dataset curation.
• Experience mentoring analysts and collaborating with product, engineering, DevOps and data teams.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn.
• Azure AI (including Azure OpenAI), AWS Bedrock, Snowflake Cortex.
• LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI engineering.
• RAG design (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking).
• Prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, tool/agent prompting.
• MLOps / LLMOps practices.
• VS Code (and related coding environments).
