Lead UX Interaction Designer

About the role

As a Lead UX Interaction Designer you will own and drive interaction design for complex features and journeys, delivering intuitive, scalable, user‑centered solutions across Bosch’s product portfolio. You will shape the UX vision, lead design teams and create a cohesive design ecosystem that aligns with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality interactions: create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to design systems.
• Lead and collaborate cross‑functionally with UX researchers, product managers and developers, mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews.
• Drive design thinking through discovery workshops, ideation sessions and iterative testing, advocating for user‑centered decisions at strategic levels.
• Scale design systems and processes: define interaction patterns, governance, reusable components and improve cross‑team workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design or a related discipline from a reputed institute.
• Proven experience leading complex UX initiatives, preferably in automotive, enterprise or AI‑driven product domains.
• Strong systems thinking, strategic mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
