Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex problems and crafting scalable, intuitive video‑creation experiences. You will own the end‑to‑end design lifecycle, from research to final visual delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve user pain points by collaborating closely with users and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead the full design process: research, problem framing, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Design workflows and interactions that simplify complex video‑creation tasks.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to validate solutions and ship high‑quality experiences.
• Establish design patterns, systems, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing measurable impact.
• Ability to work independently from problem framing to polished delivery.
• Comfort with product analytics and measuring design impact on key metrics.
• Curiosity for video, media, and AI‑powered workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with founders, engineers, and other designers.
