Lead – Transformation Command Centre (Contract)

About the role

The Lead – Transformation Command Centre will create a central nerve centre for enterprise transformation, driving cost efficiency, control, and agility across network, infrastructure, applications and assets. This contract position will consolidate fragmented initiatives into a single, measurable engine that tracks, steers and accelerates business outcomes in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Build a unified control tower covering network performance, infrastructure utilization, application health and asset lifecycle.
• Drive execution of enterprise programs such as network optimization, infrastructure rationalisation, application transformation and asset optimisation.
• Establish a central PMO for application landscape transformation, portfolio simplification and technical debt reduction.
• Stand up a Change & Release Office to standardise change governance, manage release calendars and improve release predictability.
• Lead commercial and vendor optimisation initiatives, including rate benchmarking, consumption optimisation and vendor consolidation.
• Embed SOX/ICFR‑ready governance into asset tracking, change controls and financial data integrity.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in Enterprise IT/Digital & Technology leadership.
• Proven ability to set up and run command centres or transformation PMOs.
• Strong exposure to program management, application landscape transformation, ITIL change & release management, network & telecom optimisation and cloud environments.
