Lead Technology Analyst – Level 3 SAP Full Stack ABAP & UI5

About the role

Airbus’ Information Management function is looking for a Lead Technology Analyst (Level 3) to drive SAP full‑stack development and provide expert L3 support. Based in the Bangalore area, you will work in a fast‑paced, agile environment, linking complex quality business processes with high‑performance SAP architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for critical production incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and delivering timely hot‑fixes.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced S/4HANA ABAP and SAPUI5/Fiori applications, including OData/RAP services and CDS views.
• Audit source code, optimise long‑running requests, and tune performance of ALE/IDOC and RFC interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Scrum/DevOps teams to deliver stable, “first‑time‑right” features and enhancements.
• Engage directly with international (European) business partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 4–6 + years of professional SAP development experience, with strong focus on S/4HANA ABAP and SAPUI5/Fiori.
• Proven track record in L3 production support, troubleshooting under pressure and delivering performance improvements.
• Experience working in distributed, agile teams using Scrum or DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with global business stakeholders.
